I’ve worked as a healing arts practitioner, writer, and coach for over a decade, bridging earlier work in academia and the nonprofit world. My own experiences of growth and change deeply inform how I support others today. I’m interested in what helps people reconnect with their purpose, creativity, clarity, and sense of direction. I believe we’re always in relationship with a next chapter, and that it can be met with steadiness and ease.
